Pål started his career already in 1986, due to his personal drive, thrive in dynamic work-environments and great entrepreneurial spirit, he has since held a number of different leading positions and CEO roles in large international groups, such as; Gambro (now Baxter), ABB, Alfa Laval and Hilding Anders. Recently, Pål's responsibilities have increased further as he spent the last seven years as president and CEO of two large groups, both with billions (of SEK) in turnover and over a thousand FTE’s. The first was the Brenderup & Mont Blanc group between the years 2016 and 2019 and thereafter the Wendre group from between the years 2019 and 2022. Walking the talk, results-driven and a straightforward responsive team leader are keywords that have been consistently recognized along Pål’s professional journey. Given Pål’s 37 years of experience and therefore extensive knowledge-base as well as network, being a fully fledged commercial businessman with an internationally proven track record and strong team and leadership skills, he is now keen to share his experience while taking on new challenges to continue on his value creating journey, together with you.

Throughout Jacob’s B.Sc. degree in Business and Economics with Corporate Finance specialization, and currently ongoing B.Sc s degree in Business Law as well as a master’s degree in Finance, he has consistently sought practical experiences. Initially as a Sales Associate, followed by an ongoing employment within Mercedes-Benz. This far, he has not only developed an analytical mindset which cultivated and refined his ability to solve both quantitative and qualitative problems, he has also attained a comprehensive understanding of the synergy effects behind a positive mindset in team environments, which he values highly and lives by. The skills that he has acquired, and continuously do throughout his excellent academic and professional journey, have been tested under international conditions. Jacob’s personal drive and interest for business, derives partly from his passion for the entrepreneurial aspects of building great businesses, and partly from his commitment to constant personal growth through his strong desire to learn, inspire and to succeed in ambitious teams and challenging environments.
